NOTE on Extension of registration deadline and on site registration

Deadline for registration is extended to August 21 /Mordad 30. Late registration or on site registration will be subject to an extra charge as follows

Professors/Independent Participants/Freelance Teachers:  Rls. 1,800,000.

Students/MOE Teachers: Rls. 1,200,000

Workshop fees: Rls. 3,000,000

 NOTE: Registration fee will cover the Conference Package (stationeries, Conference Book, etc.), Certificates, 2 meals and 4 refreshment packs for 2 days. The Workshop Day will also include one meal and 2 refreshment packs for workshops participants

To all respected Participants and Presenters

Please make sure you will choose the label most relevant to your status on the Registration page. There are four labels namely, "Professors", "Students" "Other 1" for MOE (Ministry of Education) Teachers, "Other 2" for International Participants, and "Other 3" for Freelance Teachers/Independent Participants

ALL participants are requested to (1) attach the scanned image of their bank receipt for the paid Registration Fee while registering online, and (2) submit the hard copy of the receipt at the Registration Desk on Day 1 (for workshop participants) and Day 2 (for Conference participants and presenters). MOE teachers should submit both their bank receipt(s) and their Personnel Action (see below) on the first day they will attend the Conference

Please make sure you will attach the scanned image of your Personnel Action (Hokm-e Kargozini) as well as the scanned image of your bank receipt for the paid Registration Fee while registering online
